​Lake Travis Real Estate® was founded by our broker’s grandmother, Millie Bannister, on her birthday, June 30, 1981. Our broker, Cliff Nowell, came to work for the company in October 1982 at the age of 18 as a salesman. Cliff earned his broker’s license in March of 1985 when he was 21 years old, and has been the Designated Broker of Lake Travis Real Estate® ever since. He’ll have 40 years of experience on Lake Travis this year. Cliff is an expert in all aspects of real estate brokerage. During his career, he also originated and processed loans for his customers for 5 years.
